Title (This can be the title of the lab from your text)
Purpose (What are you trying to learn/accomplish from the
lab?)
Materials (List the materials you ACTUALLY used, not just a
copy of the textbook list)
Procedure (Give the procedure you followed, not just a
restatement of the textbook procedure)
Data/Observations (Include a copy of any graphs or data
tables along with what you observed)
Conclusion (What did you learn? If you determine a
property of a material, calculate a value, etc.,
include this in your conclusion)
Your answers to textbook questions (Answer the questions
found at the end of the lab instructions)
