Welcome to the Social Studies Department of Saint Bernard's High School!

There are two primary teachers in the Department.  Rob Carpentier is in his 10th year teaching at Saint Bernard's, his fifth in the high school.  Doug Johnson will teach both sections of American History for the Juniors, for the entire school year.

This year a history elective will be added to the curriculum. The class is 20th Century History and will be available to seniors, who have completed American History. This is a one trimester course that will be taught by Mr. Johnson. It will focus on the U.S. after World War I.
