PARENT ORGANIZATIONS

We are very fortunate to have three parent organizations associated with our school.

For our elementary families, we have the Family and Faculty Association (FFA), an organization through which the staff and students work directly with parents and guardians in planning events and discussing school issues.  The organization meets four times a year.  The major project of the year is the Marathon for non-public schools.  The FFA also sponsors classroom events and educational field trips.

On the secondary level, the newly formed the
Bulldog Parents Club (formerly PAC) meets during the school year.  This organization gives all members of the Saint Bernard's high school community the opportunity to positively affect the growth and education of our students.  Our parents act as hosts for our Open Houses and welcome new familes through a mentor program.  The Club also sponsors social events for parents and students.  Click here to read the most recent meeting minutes.

The Booster Club promotes and supports all extra-curricular activities in the school for students in grades K-12.  This club runs the "Dog Chow" concession stand in our high school gym, organizes the Xcel Center concession program, supports the athletic activities, and contributes financially to extra-curricular needs throughout the year.  Click here to read the most recent meeting minutes.

The Xcel Energy funding program is designed to defer some of the rising cost of high school Athletics.  To make sure that programs are not cut or lost, the school administration has worked through the booster club to secure work opportunities staffing a concession stand at the Xcel Energy Center.  Through this program and its earnings the school athletic budgets can be supplemented so the programs can continue at normal levels.  Click on the Xcel Energy to answer questions you may have about this program and/or to select dates/events that you would like to work.

We also have a group of parents that plan and fund raise for the Senior Lock-in, a party that takes place after graduation.  Click here to read updates about the Senior Lock-in.
