The National School Choral Award
This award is given to the graduating senior who has contributed the most to the choir program. This will be determined by the number of points earned and by the director’s discretion.

One point for every percentage point over 90% each trimester.

Three points for each registered trimester of choir.

Five points for each time you letter in choir.

Three points for being an Honor Choir member.

One point for each performance outside of the school day. (National Anthem, Family Mass, etc. – NOT school concerts)

Two points for each solo/ensemble (NOT Chamber) performed in concert.

Five points for each solo/ensemble (NOT Chamber) performed at contest.

One point for accompanying a solo/ensemble at contest or concert.

One point for “Superior” rating of solo/ensemble at contest.

One point for taking private voice lessons.
Attitude, helpfulness and leadership will also be determining factors.
