20-YEAR REUNION

 

Our reunion is rapidly approaching!  Can you believe it has been 20 years!  The Reunion Planning Committee has been diligently working to put this event together, so it will be a great experience for all of us!!  This document contains detailed information about the event and asks for your help. 

 

INFORMATION ABOUT EVENT

Time:                                    6:00p.m. – Midnight

 

Where:                                 Jimmy’s Food & Drink (Hall in back of building)

                                             1132 County RD E

                                             White Bear Lake, MN 55110

 

What:                                   Drinks, Appetizers & Casino Night

 

Price:                                    $45/person (if you register before July 15, 2008

                                              $50/person (if you register after July 15, 2008)

This cost covers the banquet hall, appetizers and Casino Night.  In addition, each person attending will receive 2 free drinks.

                                               

Hotel Information:    There is a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express (connected to Jimmy’s).  To reserve a room, you can call (651) 484-2400.  Be sure to mention the St. Bernard’s 20 year reunion when booking to receive the special room rate of $99.

We are still trying to gather as many e-mail addresses as we can.  Here is the list of graduates that we have been unable to locate an e-mail address for.  If you are able to obtain an e-mail address for anybody on the list below, please forward it to one of the members of the Reunion Planning Committee.

Donations Needed

 

Casino Night prizes are needed!  If anybody is willing to donate items for prizes (i.e. advertising merchandise for a business, gift certificates, etc.), please contact one of the reunion planning committee members.  We will be in touch with you about collecting any items anybody is willing to donate. 

 

Information about Registering for Event

 

If you plan on attending the reunion, we are asking graduates to start registering now, so that money can be collected for payments that are needed soon.  The cost to register before July 15, 2008 will be $45/person.  The Saint Bernard’s Alumni Department will be collecting these payments for us.  There are two ways you can register for this event now.

 

1.       Go to www.saintbernards-school.org, click on ‘OnLine Giving’ (left side bar) and complete the form.  Please enter all personal information and make sure to put your class year (1988), enter the correct payment amount ($45 for 1 person attending and $90 for 2 people attending) and then change the “gift designation” to “reunion registration”.

 

2.       You can also send a check (made payable to Saint Bernard’s School), along with a note indicating your RSVP information.  This can be sent to the following:
