Family Fun

Bowling Night this winter:  Come to Saint Bernard’s Lanes and meet other families during a night of bowling, conversation, and fun.

Chili Night for a Chilly Night:  Beat those post-holiday doldrums with a Chili Night Pot Luck and game night.

Activities Banquet and Dance in May:  Honor the students involved in Sports, Reading Goals, Music, and other activities.  Join in the light dinner with a family dance to follow.

Fundraising

Money raised through our fundraising goes toward student field trips, activities and events.

Our organization receives a portion of the money raised from the Marathon.  We encourage all families to reach out to those companies and individuals they do business with all year (e.g., hairdressers, insurance companies, et. al.) and ask them to support our Marathon efforts with a modest donation.

In the Spring, we offer Linder’s Greenhouses gift cards/certificates for sale.  We receive a 15% profit on each card/certificate sold.  On a selected extended weekend (Friday – Monday) we receive 15% of your pre-tax purchases made at any Linder’s location when you designate Saint Bernard’s when you check out.

Volunteerism

There are many events and activities throughout the year and family involvement is crucial to their success.  Some of these are assigned to certain grades to organize and others are open to all who have an hour or two to stop by the school to help.

• Serve as the ‘go-to’ person for the Grade’s Parents
• Work with the Grade’s teachers to meet classroom volunteer needs
• Organize the Grade’s Parents for the Grade’s assigned event or activity
• Work with Grade’s Parents to assemble a “Room Basket” for the Bulldog Benefit
