ENGLISH 12 

This course continues the survey of literature with units on mythology, the epic, Greek and Elizabethan tragedy, poetry, multi-cultural literature and literature of the modern world, predominately writings from the 19^th and 20^th Century.  Students will sharpen their composition skills reacting to literature in formal essays.
