CERAMICS
Three basic methods for making hand-built pottery will be taught, as well as wheel work. In addition to constructing pots, other areas to be covered are glazing and firing procedures, kiln operation and care for tools and materials. Emphasis will be placed on studio work and individual project completion. The prerequisite to this course is Introduction to Art. This is a 1 trimester class and is open to students from 10th - 12th grade. There is a $35.00 course fee. |
